Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy explains what information 3D Websites AI ("we", "us") collects when you use 3dwebsitesai.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We aim for the shortest honest privacy policy possible.

What we collect

Account information

When you create an account we collect your email address and a hashed password. If you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and basic profile information (name, profile picture URL) from Google.

Payment information

When you subscribe or purchase lifetime access, payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. We store your Stripe customer ID and a record of which plan you own so we know whether the copy button is unlocked for your account.

Usage and technical data

Server logs may record your IP address, browser, and the pages you visit. We use this to keep the service running and investigate abuse. We do not run a third-party analytics tracker.

How we use it

To create and authenticate your account
To process payments and manage your subscription
To send transactional email (receipts, payment failure notifications)
To respond when you contact us for support
To detect and prevent abuse

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data to train AI models.

Who we share it with

We share data with the providers that run our infrastructure, only as needed for them to do their job:

Supabase: account database and authentication
Stripe: payment processing
Resend: transactional email delivery
Vercel: site hosting

Each of these providers has its own privacy policy and security practices. We do not share your data with anyone else without your consent, except where required by law.

Cookies

We use cookies only for essential site function: keeping you logged in and remembering your session across pages. We do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can:

Access the data we hold on you by emailing us
Update your email or password from your account page
Delete your account and the associated data by emailing us. Stripe keeps payment records for tax and accounting reasons even after account deletion; that's their policy and we cannot override it.
Export a copy of your account data on request

Data retention

We keep account data for as long as your account exists. Payment records are kept for seven years to satisfy tax and accounting requirements. Server logs are typically retained for thirty days, then rotated out.

Children

3D Websites AI is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

If we make material changes to this policy we will update the date at the top and, if it affects you, send a notice to your account email. Continued use after a change means you accept the new policy.
